Q1 : How can I pay for my product?
Payment can be made by authorized debit or credit card. All payments will be subject to security checks and control of the information provided by you.
Ambient retains ownership to the Products ordered until such Products have been paid in full.

Q2 : What about Order Delivery and Transport?
The transport of the Products and delivery to you out side Delhi is done by third party courier company on behalf of Ambient. Upon making an order of Products you authorize Ambient to hand over the Products to the transportation company for delivery to you.

Q3 : What is the estimated time of delivery and how can I track my order?
In the order confirmation, the approximate delivery time will be stated. Our goal is to get the Products delivered within the given timeframes. However, we cannot promise a certain delivery date. The tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation will allow you to track your order for delivery.

Q4 : What shall I do if I get stuck in between placing order or if i need any assistant while choosing the product?
You can call us or send whatsapp on +91-9650603413 while placing the order or choosing the product. We will guide you as per guidance required.

Q5 : What if there are defects in the delivered product?
If the Products you have received do not correspond to the Products you have ordered or in case of defective Products (other than damaged or lost during transportation), you need to contact Ambient customer service +91 9650603413 without delay and latest within 24 hours from the receipt of the Products.
*Please note that if the Products you have ordered are returned to Ambient due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees or goods seized by customs, refusal to accept the order or because you were not present to accept delivery of your order at the agreed delivery address or other such reason that is attributable to your act or omission then you are not entitled to any refund.

Q6 : What is the warranty on air purifiers?
Ambient warrants that your Ambient air purifier Products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase provided that you have replaced the filters with original Ambient replacement filters according to the manufacturer recommended filter replacement schedule listed in the Ambient User Manual. . The Limited Warranty covers normal household use only and does not cover replacement filters.
