In an order to keep a robust relationship with our customers, we offer every possible effort for the ease of customers. Ambient keenly cares about quality of product(s) but in rare case(s), we will replace the product for your satisfaction at no extra cost, in case of receiving the damaged/defective goods only. To replace such products, before using the product, please call customer care +91-88002-45937 within 24 hours of delivery. Scanned copy of courier slip must be mailed within 48 hours of delivery at info@ourambient.com

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, packaging and invoice intact.
  • All tags, original packaging and certificate of authenticity card need to be intact.
  • Product should not be broken or tampered with by customer.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • The defective/damaged item sent for replacement must be received at SAPL within 10 working days of delivery to claim the replacement.

Delivery Failure
At the time of replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the shipping of the order for attempt.
